Possible trade paintings for mortgage closing pts

I'm a busy broker, art lover, and like great art. If anyone happens to be looking for a home, I arrange 100% financing with the closing costs rolled in (read: $0 out of pocket to move in) for almost anyone.

I'm looking for decorative type work, more art for galleries than art for museums. Love klee, klimt, kandinsky, rodin, expressive work. earthy colors.

just a thought.... www.RogerV.com

  • Yo. I and my wife are doing a lot of art type stuff. she manages some artists and is doing gallery management.
we happen to be looking into trying to buy a home in denver area in colorado.
I am mostly digital art. (from experince doing flyer deisgn, and as a scientist)
also: we are developing a muti-media / film outfit.
so, any hows.....what kind of art are you looking for?
  • I just saw this email going back to February 2004. (I've only recently been introduced to tribe...

I handled a huge rather renowned L.A. art collection for 13 years (was Director of collection for the last four) and the last two years have been dealing privately. Sold about 11,000 works of art during my 13 year art career, and always have some wonders available from museum quality to commercial decorative. As a matter of fact I have been asked to liquidate a collection of some 40,000 signed and numbered art prints, attractive commercial works, in one fell swoop.

Would be happy to discuss this all further.
